R-evolve is a youth centred employability project operated by
Live Learn Earn CIC since 2020

We are an enhanced learning and employability programme created to deliver targeted educational provision to those who need it most.

Primarily targeted at young people, both in‑school and post‑school, R‑evolve generates outstanding results for those who have found the formal educational environment challenging.

R‑evolve delivers an informal, welcoming and positive experience where participants are engaged by our exciting and challenging activities and encouraged to achieve beyond their expectations.

As an accredited Qualifications Scotland centre, we deliver national and industry‑specific qualifications while developing genuine employability skills that help young people progress into further education and employment.

A unique and powerful aspect of R‑evolve is our emphasis on involving participants in community projects. Creating community ties and providing a superb focus for our session activities, every attendee will directly contribute to a sculpture, practical piece, or commissioned item.

Working on well‑chosen and genuinely beneficial community projects allows us to access funding opportunities that can fully fund our workshop sessions for schools and youth projects — a process that our organisation is able to undertake from start to finish.

Industry partnerships are a key relationship that R‑evolve works to develop locally to our session delivery. Developing ties with businesses in sectors relevant to our employment skills informs our activities, creates job opportunities and financially supports our projects.

This is particularly relevant to our work with post‑school young people, for whom we operate employability programmes on a year‑round basis. Projects like Train, Work, Job! offer supported work experience alongside advanced skills learning, focused on progression into further education and employment.
